HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We had a very tight deadline for an upcoming trade show and couldn’t find any vendor who could deliver a custom backdrop and counter before our deadline. Fortunately I came across ExpoPrint which seemed to be the only company offering rush options. Their customer service rep worked closely with us to get our proofs approved quickly which saved us an entire day. In the end the products even arrived a day ahead of our deadline.

Do I get to see and approve a PDF proof before you start production?
Yes. All orders come with a free PDF Print Proof that allows you to review and approve the printing details before your job goes to production.
How is your online design tool better than others?
Our proprietary 3D design tool is unlike anything you’ve seen before! It lets you add multiple products and accessories to your project and design them all together in a real-time 3D space with ease.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on your shipping location and the production turnaround you select when placing your order, it will take between 5 to 15 business days to receive your order. If you have a tight deadline, please choose Rush Turnaround when configuring your project, and contact customer service to explore express shipping upgrades after placing your order.
Do you ship to countries other than the United States?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. Please stay tuned for our international expansions over the coming months.
Do the event booths and custom canopy tents come with hardware frames and carrying cases?
Our displays and booths come with the necessary frames along with a carrying case. If you already have the frames and only need to replace graphics, you usually have the option to remove the frame from your order and get a lower price.
